OUR TEACHER SELECTION PROCESS
Registration
Teacher can register with us showing their willingness to work with us in a particular area. All the teachers are requested to provide accurate details in during registration. Any discrepancy found during document checking may lead to cancellation of the candidature. All the supporting documents will be checked physically in due process.
Document Verification
During document verification, all the teacher are requested to present all the relevant documents in original. A copy of the same will be kept for the records and future reference. Please note that all the documents are necessary as per your registration. Any missing documents may lead to cancellation of your candidature.
Subject Test
A test will be conducted on every subject of the same grade that the teachers opts to teach at our selected centres. The question papers are set and evaluated by highly qualified existing school teachers of the subjects. The marks obtained in the particular subject is shown in the profile and decides the rating of teacher.
Interview
Once the test results are out, every teacher has to go though an interview at our selected centres where they are further screened to ensure quality. The interview panel decides whether or not the teacher is capable to handle a child. Once they clear all the screenings, the teacher is enrolled with us to teach as per his quality and qualification.
